Alpha Quintesson Additional Info
While marketed as a Decepticon, Alpha Quintesson's representation in both the Dreamwave comics and the cartoon series was of a third faction, neither aligned with the Autobots or the Decepticons.
Additionally, while marketed as a Quintesson, Alpha Quintesson's toy only has three faces, and the character on the show only has four (the Dreamwave comic version only had one face, although others may have been shown had Dreamwave not ceased publication midway through their Energon story.)
Alpha Quintesson was initially referred to as Alpha Q, but this was changed to Alpha Quintesson because the name Alpha Q sounded like a cuss when said quickly.
