Skids (Scion xB)

As the US version of Alternators lacked specific fiction or character bios, we can only look to Japan's version of Alternators, Binaltech, which came with character cards and bio information by Hirofumi Ichikawa, the information presented here is from the English translation by Doug Dlin.

A highly intelligent daydreamer, Skids considers all of earth his laboratory. He often finds himself having to slam on his brakes while in vehicle mode to avoid running an unnoticed red light, or even rear ending another car.

Skids received a new Binaltech form purely as an upgrade. His new advanced body contains self-repair and regenerative functions, as well as "nanomechanical antibodies".

Barring damage form battle, his new Binaltech frame is designed to last several thousand years.

His weapons include a liquid nitrogen rifle, the ability to fire 10,000-volt surges from his fingertips and a small rocket launcher hidden inside his right leg.

Because of his exceptionally high intelligence, large memory capacity and advanced scanning capabilities, Skids was chosen as a member of the Temporal Threat Countermeasures Team, he was to head "Operation Distant Thunder". A plan to reverse the changes made to the space time continuum by Ravage.
