| Additional Toy Info Blackout's toy was announced in a listing sent out in the February 2009 Master Collector. Design wise, he turns into an Earth mode, rather than the Cybertronian mode featured on the show. The design team decided that an Earth mode would be more appropriate and had hoped that Blackout might have arrived on Earth in a possible Season 4. The robot mode is very close to the version shown in animation, with some slight changes to incorporate the helicopter mode. He also comes with a disk launcher, formed out of his tail rotor. | |
