Brake-Neck has no respect for the rules of the road, or anything on it. Autobot or Decepticon - it dosen't matter. Any bot that gets in his way is in line for repairs once Brake-Neck is done with them. Even the unpredictable Stunticons see him as a out-of-control wild rider.

He was an "online retailer exclusive" in the US as part of the "May Mayhem" event. This included the online storefronts of big box retailers such as Walmart, Target, Toys"R"Us and Kmart, as well as major online retailer Amazon and various "specialist" online toy stores such as Hasbro Toy Shop, Big Bad Toy Store, TFSource, Entertainment Earth, ToyWiz and Robot Kingdom, plus many more. They were also available at comic book stores supplied by Diamond Comic Distributors. In Singapore (and possibly Hong Kong, too), they were available at general retail. In the US, some specimens were found at Walmart, Toys"R"Us and Target stores, but the common consensus is that those were either returned online orders, or online orders with a "store pick-up" option that were never actually picked up by the buyer. They were never officially available in Canada, Australia, Latin America or Europe.
