Even though he is powerful and possesses great speed, Streak is not a warrior. Instead of fighting in critical situations, he tends to get into long talks in order to resolve any confrontations. This is due to the fact that Streak has seen too many battles and now carries the scars of war embedded deep on his emotions chip. Although, Streak was the first bot to be completely reformatted with Binaltech technologies, he was not cleared to go on active duty by the EDC Inspection Bureau due to his unstable emotions programming. It was only after extensive Q&A and the passing of all kinds of strenuous simulations that he was finally cleared to join his fellow Autobots. |

Almost 20 years have passed since the first contact between Transformers and humans, and situations around the world have changed tremendously.
