Ravage – Chevrolet Corvette Additional Info
System Description:
Project BT-11, also known as the “Technology Combination Experiment” with an objective in researching, was in truth set up by people previously involved with the now defunct secret organization kown as the Intelligence and Information Institute (I.I.I.), who used it as a cover story to execute the “X-9 Revival Plan”. In order to turn X-9 into a “fully alive” Transformer, the project team added the original “Jaguar” who conveniently happened to be in EDC custody, to their plan. By using his own lifeforce, they were able to bring X-9 back to life.
Using already existing schematics of BT units, Ravage’s body was completed in no time. Upon completion, fearing that Ravage might turn hostile, among other concerns, all the armaments were removed and multiple layers of fail-safe systems were installed. However, Ravage, equipped with extremely advanced technological knowledge from the future, easily took control of the auto assembly line and deactivated all the safeguards. Additionally, he was able to equip himself with the latest weaponry systems.
Since Ravage did not possess a “Spark”, the core of his life essence, his current form was given life by combining it with Jaguar’s very own spark. The original Jaguar now remains in stasis lock in shrunken down cassette mode, stored within the audio unit on the dashboard. Jaguar is unaware of the existence of Ravage.
Story of Binaltech – “Ghosts from the Past”
With the arrival of Transformers, numerous artifacts of Cybertronian origin were being discovered throughout the world. These artifacts were gathered by a secret intelligence agency, the “I.I.I.” (Triple-I), formed in late 20th Century America. Among these artifacts, an item in the form of a capsule of unkown elements was dubbed the “Schrodinger’s Box”. Even after the agency was disbanded, some former Triple-I staffers continued secretly storing these artifacts. Acquiring the advance analysis equipment provided by the latest TF technology, there were able to find out that the “box” was actually a flight recorder from a Cybertronian spaceship that stemmed from centuries in the future. Discovering that the device contained the memory records of the pilot, there were surprised to learn that the pilot was in fact the future version of one of their most notorious enemies, the Decepticon Jaguar. Having successfully made contact with “Central Conscious File X-9”, they were able to communicate with it. In exchange for technology and knowledge about the future, they made an agreement with X-9 to provide him with a new body. By setting up a fake BT project, X-9 became the new Binaltech warrior “Ravage”. But, as Ravage discovered that the present had not changed at all, he realized that the attempt to alter the future set out in the prehistoric battle known as the “Beast Wars” had failed. Therefore, he went back on his agreement, erasing all evidence and records of his rebirth, including the people involved in it. Not wanting to see the Decepticons being defeated ever again, Ravage now embarks on a mission to change history.
