Bulkhead

Like many of the first wave Hero Mashers, the earliest images of Bulkhead differ from the final version that was released. In the case of Bulkhead his overall lines were softer, and he featured a grey jaw with "little orphan Annie" style eyes, which gave his head a look closer to that of the Transformers Prime Bulkhead (contrasted with the decidedly more Animated inspired one on the final release). The legs on this earlier version also appear to be slightly bulkier, and the right arm lacks the missile launcher of the final version. The arm cannon was also red, instead of grey.

All the larger "Upgrade" Hero Mashers figures come with extra parts to allow them to "mash up" right out of the box. In Bulkhead's case, he includes an additional red arm which is identified as Cliffjumper's.
