Universe Hot Shot, Transformers Collectors Club Dion

Cybertron Hot Rod is the Japanese release of Transformers Universe Armada Hot Shot. He features the additional missile launcher weapons which were omitted due to cost reasons from the US release, which also has the advantage of the rear bumper being remolded to incorporate the launchers in the vehicle mode. Why is this an advantage? Quite simply, in robot mode, the additional gap allows the various vehicle panels to sit far more comfortably compared to this US version, where there is a lot less room for error when positioning the backpack panels. In many ways, this version of Hot Shot is the toy that the design team originally intended to release had budget issues not interfered.
