Like all the Combiner Wars Deluxes, Hasbro released Dead End and the other wave 2 figures with IDW comic book reprints in the US (plus Australia and Asia), and with character cards featuring artwork from the Transformers Legends mobile game in Canada and Latin America. For unknown reasons (the only explanation from Hasbro is a cryptic phrasing about "not meeting quantity targets"), no wave 2 figure was ever released in Europe, although packaging stock photos exist.
