| Additional Toy Info The Golden Disks were Unicron.com's fourth accessory set. Released to coincide with the 10th anniversary of Beast Wars, they included two real metal replicas of the Golden Disks from the show, plus a reader add-on for Transmetal Megatron. The packaging also featured a tech spec written by Beast Wars co-authors and story editors Bob Forward and Larry DiTillio! They were released in three packaging variations - an initial "tube" style, replicating the stasis field they were held in during the episode "Aftermath". The second packaging type was a cardboard sleeve displaying both disks and the reader. The third packaging type is a foil wrapper that lacks the tech specs. | |
