|"A Tyrant, a Conqueror; mine will be a name worthy of both. Yessss..."|
A tyrant's spark is eternal; one forged on the battlefield as well as in the political arena. Megatron, rather the Predacon that has taken the once great Decepticon leader's name, is one such tyrant waiting for his opportunity to rule with dual plated titanium fists just as his namesake once did. Megatron holds no one as his equal - he's known by both Maximal and Predacon alike for his duplicitous, cunning tactics and ruthlessness as he attempts to prove the belief.
Working with Predacon scientists, Megatron has had his exo-skeleton reconstructed using a new technology that would fuse techno-organic Tri-Malteranium (or "TM3 technology" as Megatron's less scientifically minded compatriots like to call it) to his existing superstructure. The adaptive TM3 armor plating multiples his terrible strength and aggression as well as gives him a fearsome appearance during combat.

Originally planned as an exclusive for the Official Transformers Collectors Convention 2005 by 3H, this planned redeco / remolding of Robots in Disguise Megatron was cancelled following 3H's loss of the license to run the official Transformers convention.
A video released by Fun Publications to promote Botcon 2016 in January 2016 ended with a still image of this version of Megatron, hinting that for convention celebrating the 20th anniversary of Beast Wars, Fun Publications just might be revisting the idea and making it a reality at last.
