Additional Toy Info Combines with Motormaster, Dragstrip, Breakdown, Dead End and Blackjack to form Menasor. Offroad is an all-new character within the Stunticon team, with a deco that is a loose homage to Wildrider. However, he was intended as an update of Ruckus, but initial difficulty in securing the name and the relative obscurity of Ruckus meant Hasbro went with a new character instead. Like all the Combiner Wars Deluxes, Hasbro released Offroad and the other wave 2 figures with IDW comic book reprints in the US (plus Australia and Asia), and with character cards featuring artwork from the Transformers Legends mobile game in Canada and Latin America. For unknown reasons (the only explanation from Hasbro is a cryptic phrasing about "not meeting quantity targets"), no wave 2 figure was ever released in Europe, although packaging stock photos exist. As Offroad is an all-new character, his collector card features his packaging artwork, as he has no artwork to use from the Transformers Legends game.
