| Additional Toy Info Powered Commander was the second recolor made of the popular FansProject City Commander armor. This one was designed as a homage to the pre-Transformers Ultra Magnus, Powered Convoy, and works best when used with Classics Optimus Prime. Compared to the initial release it features additional shoulder rocket launchers as well as a briefcase containing energy cubes. It was limited to 500 pieces total for TFcon 2009 in Toronto Canada, and included optional TFcon decals for the sides of the trailer mode. | |
