Slingshot Additional Info
Slingshot is a notorious sufferer of "Golden Plastic Syndrome" - a type of plastic used in a large number of Transformers released in the late 1980s and 1990s. Because the two plastics that make up the gold plastic did not blend properly the finished product is extremely brittle. Being made almost entirely of this plastic, it is not uncommon for Slingshot to either crumble in your hands when you try to transform him or worse, be broken right out of package because the plastic has degenerated.
