SOUNDWAVE is a DECEPTICON communications specialist and right-hand man to MEGATRON on Earth. The other DECEPTICONS dislike him – not so much because they see him as a petty bootlicker to their leader, but rather because it is impossible to spend any time around him without getting the sense he's planning something awful. His emotionless face is more than just blank. It is sinister. It seems always as if he keeps more secrets, even from MEGATRON, than he tells, and that many of those secrets might be horrible to hear.
