Features shiny silver paint in the place of the more subdued purple on the US version, which is especially prominent on the face and on Ratbat. The keys on Ratbat are also painted as they would be on a real keytar, with black sharp notes unlike the US version which had them all in the same color. Soundwave Electrostatic Version also features additional "tribal" markings.

The changes actually make this version of Electrostatic Soundwave less show accurate, if more visually interesting, so your mileage may vary on the preferred deco.
