Black Super Fire Convoy (also sometimes called Dark Fire Convoy) was possibly one of the best known and most sought after of the Lucky Draw Transformers campaign toys when it first came out. There are estimated to be about 450 of this particular Lucky Draw piece in existence, from multiple draws throughout the year 2000. He was originally given away through a DVD Lucky Draw campaign in association with Pioneer, followed by a giveaway of about 15 pieces in TV Magazine and multiple drawings in Tele-V magazine - two scratch card campaigns offered about 20 more as prizes on the first occasion and another 10 for the second scratch card campaign. Tele-V also had three prize drawings running into 2001, the first and third of which offered Black Super Fire Convoy as a prize to 200 winners on each occasion.
