He was shown off for the first time in the Animated Allspark Almanac Volume 2, where it is mentioned that he, along with toys such as Vortex Blurr and Toxic Oil Slick, are still planned for a release once Hasbro finds a retailer to release them though. His color scheme is a homage to one of G1 Swindle's recolors, Robots in Disguise Rollbar. | |
