|Additional Toy Info |
Originally intended to be the main Powerlinx Thrust toy, the deco was changed to the brown version after Takara decided to make their Ironhide Super Mode (Powerlinx Demolishor) red.
The deco was intended to be released in a later wave, but it never saw the light of day in the US. In December 2003 it was released in Japan, on Armada packaging, as a Toys Dream Project exclusive. Red Thrusts would appear in some European markets including Israel, Italy, Portugal, Spain and the UK in mid-2004. The commonly held thought is that this was old Hasbro warehouse stock that never saw retail being cleared out.
